Finally I have time to tell you all that Matilda was mated February 9. We had to change the male dog, the one we choose was SU(u)CH NUCH Birdhunter´s Picasso. A very nice black ESS with a very nice mentality. So if Matilda get puppies, we will hopefully get a mix of liver/white and black/white puppies.

January 25
Yesterday Matilda started to heat, finally. Know we can start to plan the spring and first we have to plan to mate her with Zimon, the male dog. It’s going to be exciting, and I hope Matilda wants to do it… We plan to mate her around February 6.
We spent the weekend up at Timo’s again. He and I spent the mornings skiing and I spent both afternoons with Rosita and the dogs. It was a nice weekend with good weather and lots of time spent outdoors.

January 18
Thought Matilda started to heat between Friday and Saturday, but it was falls alarm. I can't wait for Matilda to start to heat, mostly to be able to start planning the spring, but at the same time it doesn't matter if she's a little bit late.
We were up at Jorstorp this weekend too. It's so nice for the dogs to be where they can run around in the woods. Both Timo and I love to be out with them now when the snow is so nice. We were out on one of all the lakes around here and Matilda and Amanda played around. The picture is not the best, I took it with my cellular and it doesn't have the best camera. Timo is walking longer out at the lake; I think he would like to do some fishing...

Today it's Amanda's birthday, she's two years old. We will celebrate this with a hotdog and liver sandwich-cake tonight.
